Here's How It Works - 6 Simple Steps!

(After You Become An APPROVED Investor)

1.  You will be contacted via Text or Email when we are looking at Next Property to Flip and Amount needed.

2.  If you are ready to invest, You will be given term sheet where you will indicate how much you want to invest, etc.

3.  Strong Foundations LLC will confirm that you will be in the deal and will provide wiring instructions to our Closing Attorney firm.

4.  You will wire Monies 1 week before home closing date directly to our Closing Attorney.

5.  You will receive letter from our Closing Attorney stating amount received, and their Instructions to Pay You Back Plus 10% Interest at Closing when Property Sells.

6.  You will Receive Wire from Closing Attorney as soon as Home Sells at Closing that includes all monies lent Plus 10%.
