FillQuick CLEAN UP Procedure for FAILED PPR
START BY READING FROM THE BOTTOM TO SEE THE ISSUE!
FROM: FillQuick Support (support@fillquick.com)
In this case, you will need to submit a "Cleanup" from FillQuick.
- You will go to the customer General Info page. And edit the "Equipment & Features" section to add the missing doorbell to the list of equipment items.
- You will go to the ADT Order step (second step).
- You will click the "Modify" button on the top-right.
- You will click "Cleanup Order".
- Make sure that the information on the Cleanup form is exactly what you want to show on the contract. And if everything is good, click the "Submit Cleanup" button at the bottom of the page.
- Create a contract from the 3rd step and get the customer to sign it.
- Confirm the modified order from the 4th step.
- Call ADT and ask them to process the cleanup that was submitted from FillQuick.

Yes, signed paperwork, installed, and have confirmation and PPR on the paperwork because Ring wasn’t on signed paperwork but the correct monitoring rate is on there. Rep just forgot to put Ring on the paperwork.

I believe that ADT will not accept the Ring doorbell unless it is on the contract.
What you will do to add this piece of equipment and create a new contract depends on the current status of the account.
Is the ADT order already confirmed?
Is the account already installed and cut-in and being monitored by ADT?
Did ADT audit the account and notified you that there is a funding hold on the account (PPR or QFC) because of the missing doorbell on the contract?

I am seeing if ADT will accept as an add on by tech, but
if they don't and we need to get a NEW contract signed,
Is there a way to email customer the contract and have them
re-sign IF they already have a signed contract on file? If so,
can you tell me the steps.
