2 IMPORTANT NOTES:


1.  If customer's credit fails (below 575 for residential and below 625 for commercial) then you must use paper contracts.


2.  If you are unable to OBTAIN credit (called a Manual Review) then you must switch off the tablet and go to signing customer with Paper Contracts.  Note: This means that we will need the Paper Contracts turned into the Office so that ADT can run their credit manually.  This can take 24 to 48 Business hours.

  1.  Always start a customer as a "NEW LEAD".

  2. Prequalify Address.

  3. Run Credit.

  4. Fill out all info.

  5. System will ask for their Cell Number to send them Verification Code in order to proceed to EContract. This is proof that they are signing it.

  6. Go through all initials and signatures on contract.
