Salary + Commission Plan (http://salary.alarmsacrossamerica.com)

History of Salary + Commission Plan

Since 1999 of Starting Alarms Across America, Inc., we haven’t had an official salary plus commission plan in place for sales reps until the year 2015.  Generally, we have found that sales representatives learn the sales process at a faster pace and are much more efficient when they are being compensated on a straight commission program.  However, we recognized that individuals that have never had any true sales experience my have a longer learning curve and therefore may need some additional time to get skilled in dealing with people.   Our desire is not to give sales representatives that partake in the salary plus commission plan a weaker desire to learn the skill of sales but rather to aid them financially during the learning curve process.   Our intention is once a new sales representative has developed the particular sales skills needed that it will make sense to move to the straight commission plan because it will benefit them greater financially to do so.  To fill the gap and not to remove focused determination, we introduce to you our Salary Plus Commission Plan.

Note:  Our Work week starts on FRIDAY and ends on THURSDAY.

REQUIREMENT: To Participate in the Salary Plus Commission Plan, you must agree to submit accurately an online report of your daily sales activities.  You should complete this report by midnight of each night.  However, If you do not complete this report by midnight of the following night then you will automatically lose any salary for that particular day which would also affect your weekly salary bonus.
